Booking terms and conditions

1. Approval of lift will only be granted by the bosun, upon receipt of a fully completed booking form signed by the Boat Owner and Full Fee Due. 2. Owner or representative and a minimum of one helper to be in attendance on the day of lift. 3. Cradles, trailers, ladders and other equipment must be clearly marked with Boats name, and MUST be in good mechanical order, repair and condition. 4. Unsuitable boats, cradles, trailers and equipment may not be accepted; Bosun's decision is final. 5. Owners MUST be insured for third party liability against all risks associated with lifting. Comprehensive insurance is recommended as LDYC, its servants are in no way liable for damage to members boats or equipment during the lifting and launching 6. Owners rigging where provided must be certified and in date
